KPI Huddle One-Page Metric Template
An interactive, one-page metric card for 15-minute KPI huddles: record purpose, owner, current value, short trend signal, leading indicators, recent actions, the decision you need, next measurement, and quick context. Save entries to build a simple metric history and speed learning between huddles.
KPI Huddle One-Page Metric
Use this single metric card during a 15-minute KPI huddle to keep the conversation evidence-driven and action-focused. Each card captures why the metric matters, who owns it, the current reading, a short trend signal, any leading indicators, what we tried since the last huddle, the specific decision requested, and when we'll measure it next. Keep answers concise—this is for fast alignment and immediate next steps, not full analysis.
How to use: Bring one completed card per metric to the huddle. The owner briefly reads Purpose and Current value (10–20 seconds). Share one short evidence-based interpretation of the Trend and Leading signals. Note Action taken and ask your Decision requested. Close with a clear Next measurement date or cadence and one owner for the next check. Timebox to 2–4 minutes per metric.
Tips: Choose a few meaningful metrics that reflect customer or process outcomes. Avoid vanity metrics. If a metric regularly prompts long troubleshooting, create a follow-up deep-dive outside the huddle rather than expanding the card.
Save a personal copy, bring it to your team, or tailor the questions and workflow to fit what you are hungry to improve.
