Use this form to capture candidate AI pilots in a consistent, comparable way. For each idea, enter the core problem, estimated value, data and technical readiness, and a recommended next step. The fields are designed so you can sort, filter, and later export or report on the portfolio.

Tip: If you want a quick prioritization, complete the numeric fields (estimated value, confidence, complexity, effort, and time-to-value) and enter a manual priority score using the suggested formula in the help text.
