Stakeholder Presentation One-Page

This interactive one-page template helps you craft a concise stakeholder slide: state the ask clearly, show the outcome you want, surface the essential evidence and metrics, call out risks and mitigations, and finish with a clear request for support and next steps. Aim to keep each field short so the final slide fits on one page. Use the guidance below each field.

Who will receive this slide? (e.g., Executive Leadership, Finance Committee, Operations Team)
State the exact decision or approval you want, in one clear sentence. Avoid vague language. This should be the headline of your slide.
List the realistic options stakeholders can choose between. Keep each option to a short phrase or sentence.
Give one or two sentences explaining why this matters and the outcomes you expect if the ask is approved.
Name the most important metric that supports your ask (e.g., Throughput, Cost per unit, Patient wait time).
Provide the current value, trend, or brief supporting stat. Keep units clear.
Optional second metric to support your case.
Value or short trend statement for the second metric.
Bullet the most persuasive evidence (pilot results, customer quotes, vendor terms, cost model highlights). Aim for 3 bullets or fewer.
List top 2–3 risks that could prevent success. Keep each risk short and concrete.
For each risk, note the main mitigation or control you propose. Keep it action-oriented.
Be explicit about what you need from the audience (e.g., funding, decision, resource allocation) and the immediate next steps if approved.
Who is accountable for the decision and follow-up? Include name and role.
Optional: Date or timing constraint for the decision (e.g., by 2026-09-15 or before next budget cycle). Use plain text.
One or two sentences the presenter can say to open the slide or handle expected questions. Keep it to a talking-head intro.
Choose a layout that fits your content. The template will adapt guidance accordingly.
How long the presenter should spend on this slide. Use a whole number.
Optional URLs or filenames for backup slides, detailed analysis, or data sources.
