Use this template to create a concise, machine-readable pre-registration record for your experiment. Save a copy before you begin data collection and attach it to project records or public repositories.

Avoid personal contact details if you prefer privacy.

Same as in the planner; must be testable.
Define the metric, timing, and units.
List other measurements that will be reported but are not primary.
E.g., 'Intention-to-treat' or 'per-protocol'; define exclusions clearly.

State whether and how raw data and analysis code will be shared.
