Capture a concise, shareable pre-registered plan. Keep each answer brief but specific — this is the plan you will follow before looking at outcome data.

A one-line descriptive title
Name and role
Phrase so it predicts a measurable difference
Be specific: measure, unit, timing
What result will you treat as supporting the hypothesis? Include threshold or statistical rule.
Numeric or descriptive — the smallest effect that matters operationally
Estimate of control mean, rate, or variance used for power calculations
If you haven't computed it, write how you will determine it
Short note: power, pilot estimate, budget constraint, or rule-of-thumb
How will assignment be randomized or allocated?
Select yes if data collectors, participants, or analysts will be blinded

What will be excluded and why
How you will test the primary hypothesis
Variables to adjust for in analysis
How will you handle dropouts or missing observations?
Where will raw data, processed data, and analysis scripts be stored?
Short list of steps to ensure data integrity
Approximate duration from start to primary outcome
IRB, biosafety, funder registration, preprint, etc.
