Use this checklist to choose simple, practical meeting norms that increase participation and constructive feedback. Check norms you plan to use, assign an owner, add notes, and save responses to track progress. Adapt any item to your context and run short pilots to see what works for your team.

Send a brief agenda at least 24 hours before the meeting; include decisions needed and time estimates.
Person responsible for sending agendas.
Invite each participant to speak in turn on key topics to surface quieter voices.
