Frontline Shift Handover

Use this handover to capture the operational status, risks, and open actions your team needs to know when shifts change. Keep entries short and specific so the incoming supervisor can act without further clarification. Required fields are marked. After submitting, the form saves the handover record for later review.

Tips: List each open issue on its own line with an owner and due time. Note any safety or quality exceptions first. If escalation is needed, name the contact and reason.
