Purpose

Use this interactive template to reconcile your Master Production Schedule (MPS) with actual orders, production, and engineering/BOM changes. Run weekly during planning windows. Submit one entry per SKU (or per production order) so variances are tracked and actions assigned.

How to use

  • Complete one form per SKU or production order that shows a meaningful variance.
  • Choose a clear reason code so you can spot patterns over time.
  • Assign an owner, a due date, and a priority for corrective actions.
  • For a large batch of SKUs, use exports or batch upload capabilities if available.
