Repository where data will be deposited (e.g., Zenodo, Dryad, institutional).
Persistent link or identifier for the dataset.
Choose the license that will govern reuse of the data.
Indicate where analysis code and scripts are published or how they will be made available.
Link to code repository or DOI for the release.
Is a container (Docker, Singularity) or workflow image available to reproduce the environment?
Indicate whether ethical approvals and consent for sharing are in place.
Provide protocol numbers, consent wording relevant to sharing, and any access restrictions.
Have all authors declared potential conflicts of interest?
Summarize disclosures or attach the conflict statement used in the submission.
List funders, grant numbers, and acknowledgements to be included in the manuscript.
Select the contributor roles that have been recorded and will be published.
Provide initials or short mapping (e.g., AB: data curation; CD: formal analysis).
Confirm figure and table readiness for submission and reuse.
Provide the recommended citation text and 5–10 keywords to improve discoverability.
Include ORCID iDs where available to help disambiguation.
Choose a license for the manuscript, figures, or supplementary materials where applicable.
