Team Wellbeing Pulse & Recovery Plan

Run this 5–10 minute pulse at the start of a weekly huddle to spot early burnout signals and agree on immediate recovery actions. Recommended triggers to create a recovery plan: stress ≥ 4, recovery capacity ≤ 2, missed deadlines (significant), or any 'Maybe/Yes' in turnover risk. Use the five action slots to assign concrete owners and due targets.

Enter the date the reporting week begins. Example: 2026-08-16
