Productivity & Wellbeing KPI Huddle — Capture

Purpose

This 30‑minute huddle pairs throughput indicators with simple wellbeing signals so teams can improve sustainably without burning people out. Use the short agenda to keep the meeting focused and capture the outcomes below so you build a searchable team record and visible follow‑through.

Suggested agenda (30 min)

  1. Quick metrics snapshot (throughput, cycle time, key quality) — 5 min
  2. Risks & blockers — 10 min
  3. Health & wellbeing check (pulse) — 5 min
  4. Action commitments & follow‑up — 10 min

Facilitator prompts

  • When sharing metrics, say the short trend (improving/stable/declining) and one sentence context.
  • For blockers, ask: who needs to be involved and what specific support is needed?
  • For the wellbeing check, invite brief, non‑judgmental signals (e.g., capacity margin and stressors) rather than long stories.
  • Turn each blocker or wellbeing risk into a named action with an owner and due date.

Pulse signals to track

Capacity margin (how much extra capacity the team has), sick days / unexpected time off, reported stressors, and ability to meet commitments. Collecting these consistently turns intuition into usable trend data.
