  2. Validate the draft by having a different operator follow it and noting gaps or unclear language.
  3. Publish a short laminated version for the workstation and a managed master copy (digital) for updates.
  4. Train operators with a shadowing period and a simple skills checklist. Record completion.
  5. Audit adherence weekly at first, then adjust cadence once stable. Capture deviations and investigate causes.
