Copy this table into a spreadsheet or your project tracker. Fill one row per recommended action. Keep entries short and specific.
| Action | Domain | Owner | Estimated Effort | Estimated Impact | Confidence | Priority Index | Target Date | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fix kitchen hot water pipe leak | Water | Maintenance Lead | Low | Medium | High | (Impact × Confidence / Effort) | 2026-09-15 | Planned |
| Adjust HVAC weekday night schedule | Energy | Facilities Engineer | Low | High | Medium | 2026-08-30 | In progress |
How to use the table
- Effort: Low / Medium / High — be honest about contractor needs and downtime.
- Impact: Low / Medium / High — based on bills, observed behavior, or equipment size.
- Confidence: High if measured, Medium if estimated, Low if a guess.
- Priority Index: use simple math (assign numeric values to Impact, Effort, Confidence) and sort high to low.
Tip: Start with 1–3 quick wins that require low effort and assign them to named owners with target dates to build momentum.
