Specify naming conventions, timestamps, shorthand, required metadata (participant code, session date), and who reviews notes.
Paste the exact consent wording participants will see or hear. Include purpose, what data is collected, risks, voluntariness, and contact info.
Explain how identifying data is removed or masked, storage location, access controls, retention period, and deletion plan.
E.g., encrypted drive path, study folder, or vendor name.
How long will the data be kept? Include review dates and disposal method.
