  4. Steps — short, visual, stepwise

    Numbered steps with one short imperative sentence each plus a supporting photo or short video clip slot. Limit each step to one action whenever possible.

    • Step header (one sentence): e.g., "Isolate power and verify LOTO applied."
    • Photo slot: a close, well‑lit image showing the exact handle/part.
    • Video slot (optional): 10–45 second clip demonstrating the motion or inspection.
    • Reason/Why (one line): e.g., "Prevents unexpected energization and protects operator."
  5. Critical checks & acceptance criteria

  6. Safety steps & PPE

    List required PPE and any safety steps that must be performed before or during the task. Flag high‑risk steps with a prominent icon or color in your platform.

    Short troubleshooting checklist for common failures and when to escalate. Example table: symptom → likely cause → quick check → escalate to (role/contact).
