- Title — concise, task-focused (e.g., "Changeover: Swap die A to die B safely")
- Objective — one sentence describing observable outcome (e.g., "Complete changeover from part A to B within standard sequence with zero critical errors")
- Prep (30–60s) — tools, PPE, materials, safety checks
- 60–90s Video — short demonstration showing the correct method with voiceover highlighting key checks
- 3 Clear Steps — numbered action steps, each with an expected result

How to use (practical implementation tips)

- Schedule microlessons at the point of need (before the first production run or when a new variant arrives), not as a generic classroom event.

- Assign a shift mentor or buddy who is accountable for observing the practice and signing off the assessment.
