Purpose

Use this form to record the standard work for a station and to perform a structured shift handover. Making standards and current issues explicit helps the next shift start safely, maintain quality, and act on open items.

How to use

Fill the standard-work fields once when creating or reviewing a job/process. Complete the handover fields at shift change. Be concise: list actions, owners, and clear next steps.

Identify machine, cell, or workstation (e.g., Press 2 - Line A).
Short name for the process or part.
Expected time per unit in seconds. Enter numeric value.
List each step on a new line as: Step # — Task — Expected time — Inspection point. Example: 1 — Load part — 12s — Visual alignment check.
Describe what to check, where, and acceptable limits.
Select all that apply.
Describe frequent problems, symptoms, immediate countermeasure, and who to notify.
Use local date/time format (e.g., 2026-08-11, 07:00-15:00).
Choose the shift.
Include running/paused, current recipe/part, production count, and target.
List actions that must be completed and who owns them.
Select all relevant.
Note changes planned during this shift (setpoints, tooling, offsets).
Select best fit.
Date or brief note (e.g., 2026-08-10 PM service).
Optional immediate estimate for context.
