TPM — Autonomous Maintenance: Daily Checklist & Handoff

Use this checklist at shift start (or during the shift as appropriate) to perform basic autonomous maintenance tasks that prevent small failures and catch problems early. Record any abnormality, set a priority, and follow handoff rules so maintenance can act quickly. If an issue is an emergency that risks safety or major damage, stop the machine and escalate immediately.
