Use this checklist to confirm critical launch readiness areas. For each item, mark the current status, record an owner for follow-up, and add brief evidence or notes. Saving a submission stores the answers so teams can track outstanding items, assign actions, and run quick readiness reports before launch.

Confirm sponsor and launch owner are identified and a regular steering cadence is in place.
Person responsible for closing gaps.
Meeting cadence, steering pack, decisions, or outstanding risks.
DFx review complete and engineering change orders approved and released to manufacturing.
BOM verified, routings complete, and material identities validated.
Pilot runs completed, critical CTQs validated and SPC/control plans in place.
Fixtures validated and any preventive maintenance scheduled for launch period.
Operators trained, competency sign-offs captured, and shift coverage planned.
Inspection plans, control plans, and sample plans are ready and approved.
Critical suppliers qualified and PPAP (or equivalent) approved for launch parts.
Launch buffer stock defined and master production schedule slots reserved.
Handoffs, digital work instructions, and data flows tested for launch flows.
Rapid-response contacts and triage rules documented and communicated.
Give an honest overall readiness rating based on the items above.
Based on this check, recommend whether to proceed to launch or delay for corrective actions.
